Secretary Fudge welcomes new official for Congressional Relations.
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Marcia Fudge swore in Dr. Kimberly A. McClain as the HUD’s new Assistant Secretary for Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations last week. McClain was confirmed by the Senate on December 19, 2022, and Secretary Fudge expressed her welcome to the skilled new leader in her department.
“An Air Force veteran and skillful public servant, Dr. McClain’s experience in government affairs, international relations, and policy development will prove invaluable to our team at HUD,” said Secretary Fudge at McClain’s swearing-in. “From building relationships in Congress to forging bonds across intergovernmental partners, her leadership will be critical to HUD’s goal to create affordable, inclusive, and resilient communities across America.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Assistant Secretary McClain as she assumes her role.
- For Secretary Fudge to seek God’s guidance as she oversees the department.
